We’ll do our absolute best to get your order ready and shipped as quickly as possible because we understand how important it is to get your hands on it soon! 😊✨

Please consider the following 👀:

• We aim to prepare and dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days 🕒, depending on our schedule & health status.
• All items are shipped via the National Postal Office 📮 by default. Contact us for a different shipping option.
• Your items will be securely packaged in a sturdy cardboard envelope 📦 and protected with recyclable materials ♻️ to prevent water damage.
• Tracking is optional! 📦 If you’d like tracked shipping, just message us and we’ll set it up for you (will cost more unfortunately). Please note, we can’t be held responsible for lost packages without tracking — but do reach out if anything goes wrong. We always try to help.
• We do not ship on weekends or national holidays 🗓️.
• We’ll do our best to notify you when your order is dispatched 📨 and usually include a photo or two of us dropping it in the mailbox as proof.
• Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery, especially during busy seasons like Christmas 🎄.
